Party Platters

Tuscan Spinach & Artichoke Dip
Parmesan and Romano cheeses blended with spinach, artichokes and sautéed onions and peppers. Served with salsa and plenty of crisp tortilla chips. Serves 10 to 14.

Buffalo Wings
Our traditional New York-style spicy Buffalo Wings served with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing. Serves 10 to 14.

Jack Daniel's® Wings
Jack Daniel’s® Wings basted in our original Friday's Jack Daniel’s® sauce with extra sauce for dipping. Serves 10 to 14. Jack Daniel's® Ribs
Four racks of mouth-watering baby back pork ribs glazed with our original Friday's Jack Daniel’s® sauce. Served with coleslaw and extra sauce for dipping. Serves 10 to 14.

Caesar Salad
Heaps of crisp romaine lettuce and seasoned croutons served with our creamy Caesar dressing and fresh shredded Parmesan cheese. Also available with grilled chicken for an additional cost. Serves 6 to 10.

Fresh Vegetable Platter
Fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets, carrot and celery sticks, zucchini, yellow squash, sliced cucumbers, red and green peppers and black olives. Served with ranch, honey mustard and bleu cheese dressings and piquant sauce. Serves 10 to 14.

Club Sandwich Platter
Our Traditional Friday's Club sandwich with ham, mesquite-smoked turkey, cheese and bacon, served on wheatnut bread with lettuce and tomato. Platter also includes pickle spears, black olives, mustard and mayonnaise. Each platter serves 6 to 10. Bread variety may vary by location.

Fajita Platter
Chargrilled steak, chicken or a combination of both on a bed of grilled onions and bell peppers. With guacamole, sour cream, salsa, Colby cheese and flour tortillas. Serves 10 to 14.

Sesame Jack Chicken Strips Platter
Breaded chicken breast strips fried golden. Topped with sesame seeds and our original Friday's Jack Daniel’s® sauce. Served on a bed of Chinese noodles with extra sauce for dipping. Serves 10 to 14.

Baby Back Ribs Platter
Four racks of tender pork ribs, marinated and seasoned, then chargrilled and basted with Friday’s Barbecue sauce. Served with coleslaw and extra sauce for dipping. Serves 10 to 14.

Buffalo Chicken Strips Platter
Chicken breast strips breaded and fried golden, then topped with spicy Buffalo Wing sauce. Served with bleu cheese dressing, Buffalo Wing sauce and celery sticks. Serves 10 to 14.

Vanilla Bean Cheesecake
Seriously vanilla cheesecake made with real vanilla beans, baked light in a vanilla graham cracker crust. Layered with white chocolate mousse, fresh whipped cream and white chocolate shavings. Whole cake serves 12.
